We answer emails a couple of times a day from April 1st - October 31 and occasionally in the winter months.

How much does it cost?

Our prices can be seen online with every product. We strongly believe we offer fair and competitive prices. If you can find the same product cheaper elsewhere then please do advise us and we will be happy to work with your budget.

What is the cost of an inflatable attendant? $34.00 per hour

Can Bouncy Castles get wet?

No, we do not advise using a bouncy castle in the rain, the vinyl becomes slippery and becomes a safety hazard. If the bouncy castle is caught in the rain please keep it blown up to help keep the water off the middle seams which helps with drying the wet materials. Yes, If you have rented a water specific inflatable, the inflatable and the inflatable seams have been designed to get wet.

Can blowers get wet?

Blowers are waterproof and are okay to be caught in the rain however the electrical connections MUST be covered and away from water.

What keeps the inflatables blown up?

Canadian certified blowers with commercial fans that are electrical powered. The fan must run constantly, small holes leaks in the inflatable seams are not usually a problem and are to allow air to be released.

How much hydro do I need?

A regular household outlet with a 15 amp circuit. Every inflatable blower must be connected to a different outlet.

What is TSSA?

To protect the safety of children and other users, the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) regulates many inflated devices, such as: Inflatable bouncy castles, boxing rings with inflated floors and crawl-throughs. Inflatable wet/dry slides. Inflataparks. Inflatable bungee runs, etc. https://www.tssa.org

Do I require a TSSA approved inflatable?

Yes, If your event is open to the public, operating on public property and the device you have selected is a bouncy castle/slide/obstacle/etc. You most likely will also need to supply the venue with an insurance certificate indicating a 2-5 million dollar liability. Please ask for this as soon as you book as these certifications can take some time to process.

Are there any extra TSSA Fees?

Yes, you will be charged a 10% TSSA fee on all TSSA inflatables you are renting for your event. This helps to offset the TSSA costs to run our business.

Do I need an inflatable attendant?

Absolutely if you are hosting a public event, who wouldn’t want the extra eyes to watch over the electrical, blower, connections, inflatable, and kids?! Safety is paramount and our number one priority.

Is there an age limit for using the bouncy castles?

Every inflatable will have a weight limit/restriction. All toddler inflatables are clearly identified on the website. Age is just a number, and safety is our first priority. We want adults to stay young as long as they can! Be careful playing with your kids, just remember you are not 15 anymore.

Some adult inflatables are available and you should ask the staff which inflatables are for adults when booking. Please note we will charge additional charges to cover added insurance costs and wear and tear on the inflatables.

Does the equipment create much noise?

All our inflatable equipment requires constant airflow from an inflation fan - this does create some noise however we do use the latest high end fans on the market to keep noise to a minimum. You might want to check with your venue to make sure the noise isn’t going to be an issue.

Using a generator will be more noisy than electricity run inflatables.

What's included in the price?

The price includes setup, take down, cleaning and taxes. Delivery may be extra please see our delivery chart found on our website homepage.

How much public liability coverage do you have?

We have 5 million coverage and are licensed to operate both private and public events

(including licensed premises).

If I rent a bouncy castle for just one day, when is the latest you can pick it up?

Generally you can keep it until sunset (approx. 8:30/9pm in summer months) however under certain circumstances we may have to charge extra for a late pick-up.

Do I pay a deposit?

Currently we do NOT take a deposit. Please pay cash to the driver before they set up. We accept cheques from businesses, Commercial events, churches, schools and other community events. Please have cheques prepared and handed to the driver on the first day of the event before set up. Please write all cheques out to Carry Kowalski

What if it rains?

Unfortunately due to safety reasons our inflatables cannot be used in wet or windy conditions as safety is paramount! If we are looking at just a rain cloud we will prolong our set up time and wait for the rain to pass. The same goes for a party that starts and a half way through rain appears. Please safely exit the inflatable. Wait for the rain to pass and only when it's safe continue to enjoy the inflatables.

Are there any height restrictions?

Yes, please see the entrance of each inflatable/amusement device for height allowances.

Do I need to provide anything?

Yes, please make sure the area where the inflatable will be set up is cleaned of any debris, sharp objects and doggie poop. You will also be required to read and sign our acknowledgement and weather waivers. Please provide us with access to a safe electrical source.

What happens if I need to cancel or amend a booking?

We can fully appreciate things that happen in life and plans may have to be changed as a result, so if you wish to cancel your booking with us, we would appreciate it if you could let us know ASAP. You will NOT be charged a deposit fee. If you wish to amend your booking please let us know ASAP.

Can I pick up the bouncy castle and set it up myself?

Absolutely, only if your event is a private event and you do not require a TSSA Engineer for set up. You will need a pick up truck, muscle, and a dolly to set up the inflatable. You will also need to sign additional waivers. You will generally save up to $50.00 plus delivery fees. Please call and talk to one of our associates for more details.

What are the safety rules for bouncy castles?

All rules and regulations are labeled on each bouncy castle. Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry or any sharp objects before entering the bouncer. Exit the unit if it begins to lose air. All riders should be of compatible age and weight. NO FOOD, DRINKS or DOGS on the inflatables at any time.

What are specific space requirements when installing a bouncy castle?

Measure the space to ensure there's enough clearance around the bouncy castle. Leave at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides to accommodate the inflation and movement of the inflatable structure. This ensures that children can enter and exit safely and that there's room for supervision.
